Create an organization

• Everything off recording, transcription, AI and remote control start off
• 4 roles Org owner, Org admin, Team lead, Member
• 1 Org owner per organization
• No data erased removing and archiving keep what people wrote

Roles

Role	Scope	What they can do
System admin	The whole server	Only on a self-hosted server. Creates accounts, sets server config. Not an org role; a System admin is not automatically an Org admin.
Org owner	One organization	Everything an Org admin can, plus transfer ownership, delete the organization and manage billing. Exactly one per organization.
Org admin	One organization	Invite and remove people, change org roles, set policies, sign-in methods and transcription. Cannot change or remove the Org owner.
Team lead	One team	Invites and manages one team. See Lead a team.
Member	One organization	Uses the teams they are on. Can read the recording policy.

A Guest joins one meeting with a link and is never part of the organization.

Privacy-safe by default

Nothing captures until you say so

Recording, saving audio or video, transcription, captions, saved transcripts, quest and AI suggestions, AI chat context, web search and remote control all start off, for every new organization. Nothing is pre-ticked. When you turn something on, people in the call are told, and a Team lead or the person still has to start it.
